Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome Professor Garth Wells, Deputy Executive Chair of EPSRC, Beth Amer, and John Baird, Head of the Resilience and Security Theme at EPSRC & Head of Regional Engagement for South East England, from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), to the Surrey Ion Beam Centre at the University of Surrey.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase our facilities, share insights into our research and highlight the impact of ion beam technologies across a range of scientific and industrial applications.
